14 May Phase 1 of the Land Conservancy’s Pismo Preserve project is nearly finished!

Phase 1 construction of the Pismo Preserve included work within the City of Pismo Beach Right of Way. This included widening of Mattie Road at the entry, new retaining walls, and pedestrian sidewalk. Additionally, there was horizontal directional drilling for installation of a new waterline and sewer line to the property. Miscellaneous improvements at the entry included a new cattle guard, fencing, and monument signs.
