The second phase of the project will include the renovation of the Arms, Ammunition & Explosives room, the conference room, (2) offices, and (5) separate cubicle areas. Both phases of the project will require extensive demolition, new electrical, fire suppression, communication and security systems.
Ryan Swenson, Construction Division Manager had this to say about the new project: “We are excited to have the opportunity to work with a new client like the Army Corps of Engineers and the NCIS. We hope that our work can speak for itself, and we can further this working relationship for more projects in the future.”
The project is expected to have design complete by the end of December and construction starting in the new year.
