Animal Care Shelter

This project consisted of the new construction of a 15,000 SF building to serve as San Luis Obispo County’s primary animal care facility. Precision had to provide independent cost estimating as a means for budget comparison with the design consultant’s cost estimate. This was also used to help finalize the County’s overall project budget. Overall, the project included resilient finishes, a robust HVAC system, isolation controls, and specialized animal care equipment.
