City of Downey Park

Precision provided cost estimating services throughout design for the Furman, Discovery, and Independence Parks located in the City of Downey. The parks are upgrading to new sports fields, as well as, resurfacing of various sports courts. Also, there will be a replacement of irrigation systems and additional pole lighting added. Finally, new playground equipment and picnic shelters are being added.
