La Mirada Creek Park

Precision provided cost estimating services for the park’s master concept plan. The park was originally built in the 1970’s and was therefore in need of renovation, improved accessibility, and infrastructure improvements. The master plan included substantial improvements, such as naturalization of the creek bed, reconstruction of walking paths, resurfacing of parking lots, installation of intricate landscaping, terraced seating areas, pedestrian bridges, public facility buildings, play nodes and fitness stations made of natural materials.
