Livingstone College Science Center

Provided construction cost estimating services for the F. George Shipman Science Center. Project features new construction of a 14,000 sf complex science building including a large planetarium lecture auditorium and theater, labs to support chemistry, molecular cell biology, & anatomy related disciplines, as well as specialized rooms for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and specimen storage. Additional scopes included the site development and large retention basin.
