Modesto Community Development

Precision was selected to perform over one hundred different cost and constructibility reviews for the City of Modesto’s Community Development Division. We conducted various cost estimating exercises built on our understanding of the project needs and related federal regulations governing the City of Modesto’s funding sources. The sources included the Community Development Block Grant Program, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and the Neighborhood Stabilization Act.
