New River Yacht Club III

This project is a ground-up construction project consisting of a 20-story tower building and a 7-story parking garage structure. All in all, the project consists of 230 residential units, recreation areas, pool decks and 2,000 SF of retail space. As part of the project team, Precision provided a detailed concrete and rebar study for the developer to use as a tool to qualify bids and negotiate with contractors.
