Residence Inn by Marriott

Provided project planning, target value engineering and bid process management for the renovation and adaptive reuse of a seven-story hospital into a semi-luxury hotel.

The interior project incorporated the inn’s 186 guest rooms, guest corridors, lobby, and 6,500 square feet of public spaces. Additional scopes included re-engineering of structure to accommodate a 30% increase in overall square footage and to allow for subterranean parking.
