Precision recently completed the Preconstruction phase of a project that will allow Sixmilebridge Vineyards, a leading winemaker in Paso Robles, to begin making wine on its property in Peachy Canyon.
Sixmilebridge, which grows Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varieties on its hillside vineyards, completed a tasting room and the shell of its winery building in 2020. In this second phase of construction, Precision provided a cost analysis and schedule for the crush pad, an outdoor work area protected by a steel canopy, and a retaining wall along the edge of the site. Precision also completed an analysis of an interior production facility buildout.
Nathan Corning, the Project Manager and Superintendent during Sixmilebridge’s first phase of construction, is now a Preconstruction Manager at Precision. He brings extensive experience in winery construction in Paso Robles, having served as Superintendent on some of the region’s highest profile projects, including the winery, tasting room, and subterranean caves at Epoch Estates and the architectural structure that fronts the caves at Saxum Vineyards.
