Interior and Exterior Repairs Remedy Major Water Damage

In 2020, the SoCalGas Administration Building in Goleta suffered significant water damage after a waterline broke during a holiday break. As a result, the 6,480-square-foot building required extensive demolition and replacement of both interior and exterior areas.

As General Contractor, Precision addressed the water damage and performed a complete renovation of the building, including the entryway, kitchen, breakroom, and offices. The result enhanced the functionality for all employees while providing a much more suitable work environment.

Precision completed the project in 2020.
