SoCal Gas Santa Maria Base

In late 2020, Precision was awarded the prime contract to construct substantial site improvements at one of SoCalGas’s regional service facilities. The scope of work included removal/replacement of A/C paving, removal/replacement sections of failing retaining walls, removal/replacement of insufficient sub-base materials, installation of new concrete slabs to accommodate on-site fuel tanks, installation of bollards, parking signage and wheel stops, striping, security gates and fencing, as well as installation of new landscaping and irrigation throughout the multi-acre site. The roughly $2 million project was completed in spring 2021.
