SoCal Gas Canoga Park Base

Precision completed an array of interior improvements to serve the needs of SoCalGas’s office and field employees in Canoga Park. The locker room remodel consists of 4,286 square feet within a 9,780- square-foot existing commercial building. Specific project scopes include fully remodeling both the men’s and women’s locker room and showers; upgrading the office spaces with new flooring and a new drop ceiling acoustical grid and ceiling tiles; painting interior ceilings, walls, and doors; building a new all-gender restroom and a lactation/wellness room; replacing commercial storefront doors on the building’s two front entrances; improving the break room with new cabinetry and countertops; and adding two ADA parking spots and a new ADA concrete ramp at the entrance.
