SoCal Gas Taft Base

The SoCalGas Taft Modular Building Installation Project consisted of grading and sub-base for the new modular building pad; the supply and installation of a new 36’ x 60’ modular trailer; new plumbing, sewer, and 200V electrical connections; the installation of a new concrete ramp; new ADA parking stalls with striping, signage, and parking bumpers; the installation of concrete filled steel bollards; and the installation of 124 LF of 3’ tall stemwall to support new excavation.
