Provided construction cost estimating during various stages of design for the upgrade and renovation of the existing 137,000 square foot hotel. The Spirit Mountain Lodge – which accommodates 254 guest suites, public gathering areas, and a business center – consists of two five-story, post tensioned concrete tower structures connected to the existing casino. This multi-phase project consisted of significant renovations to all 254 guest rooms, as well as significant upgrades to the “Hall of Legends,” interior corridors, elevator lobbies and interior finishes.
