Precision conducted a cost-estimating and cost-benefit analysis of dozens of design options for a new SpaceX launch complex at the Brownsville South Texas Launch Site. The project included heavy civil improvements such as intensive soil remediation, as well as site work necessary for the deep foundation a rocket launch facility requires.
Precision assessed more than 40 structural and civil solutions for time and cost to determine the best course of action for SpaceX. Precision then guided the design team through development of construction documents, managed the competitive bids, and provided project controls throughout construction.
