Tynan Village Apartments

Due to severe effects of water intrusion, our team was selected to review, validate, and prepare an independent assessment of rehabilitation costs for the Tynan Village Apartment Complex. This three-building affordable housing development was originally built in 2008 and is comprised of 171 for rent units.
