Ventura Harbor Village Plaza

Provided construction cost estimating services at various stages of design, value engineering, and constructability review services for the complete remodel of the Ventura Harbor District’s bustling outdoor public plaza. This project included ADA compliance upgrades as well as a major aesthetic face lift. The plaza beautification included various art installations, colored concrete and tile mosaics, water features, built-in seating as well as additional hardscape improvements.
